- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Once processed, you will receive a confirmation message/email with your order details.
2. Shipping Within Pakistan
- We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan via trusted courier partners (e.g., TCS, Leopard, Call Courier).
- Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
- Remote areas may take 5–7 working days.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on all orders.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number via SMS/Email.
- You can track your parcel through our courier partner’s website.
6. Service Limitations
